Three quarters of U.S. adults consider exercise to be somewhat (42%) or very (33%) important in their daily lives, according to Rasmussen Reports.
Among those who exercise at least 1-3 times a week, 79% work out for 15 minutes to an hour. Only 9% exercise for longer than an hour, while 12% work out less than 15 minutes. Over a third of adults (35%) think they’re overweight; 58% have dieted at some point in their lives. [Exercise/Fitness]
