Women Embrace Virtual Meetings, As Long As They’re Well-Organized

More than three in four adults (77%) say their employers are increasingly using virtual meetings, according to remote corporate host provider TeamViewer. Women are more likely than men to believe online meetings save money in transportation costs (78% vs. 71%), save traveling time (77% vs. 71%), and are less nerve-wracking than face-to-face meetings (37% vs. 26%). They’re also more likely than men to think people participating in online meeting are less easily distracted than those participating in face-to-face meetings (22% vs. 16%).

Women want the hosts of online meetings to be well-organized (81%), decisive (40%), passionate (15%), and attractive (5%).
