When asked to select the gender of their computer, women are more likely to say it’s a female than men (60% versus 40%), according to online computer accessories retailer Crucial.com. Men, comparatively, say their computer is more likely to be male than female (57% versus 43%).
More than one in three women (37%) and 45% of men say the time spent using computers causes stress in their personal relationships. Moreover, 27% of married women ages 35-44 say their computer has caused more frustration more frequently than their spouse over the past six months
Nonetheless, two in three women (64%) and 58% of men say an argument with their significant other is more stressful than computer problems. Nearly three in 10 of both genders (27%) think their significant other spends too much time on the computer.
