Brides Don’t Trust Their Grooms to Make Wedding Day Decisions

8/1/13

Almost two in 10 brides (18%) say they don’t trust their grooms to make any wedding planning decisions without their input, according to David’s Bridal. In fact, 41% don’t even trust their grooms to pick out their own tuxedo.

Brides aren’t the only ones subject to wedding planning exuberance. Two in three brides say there is at least one item that would turn their grooms into “groomzillas,” primarily the guest list (31%), music selection (24%), and honeymoon (16%).

More than eight in 10 grooms (83%) are actively involved in making wedding day decisions.
