Almost nine in 10 families with school children (88%) prepare “go-to” meals, such as spaghetti, chicken, and tacos, at least once or twice a week, according to Stop & Shop Supermarkets. A similar percentage (90%) says the nutritional quality of meals is important or extremely important when deciding what to make for dinner.
Four in 10 families (40%) seek recipes that are quick, easy-to-make, and enjoyed by everyone.
