Call Of Duty, Just Dance Score As Top Teen Videogame Franchises

Activision’s Call of Duty is the top videogame franchise among teen boys (ages 13-17) (despite its M rating), according to Ipsos GamePlan Insights, which measures the “stickiness” of 2,500 gaming franchises according to awareness and purchase intent. The top game franchise among teen girls is Ubisoft’s Just Dance.

There’s a clear gender divide in videogame preferences. Call of Duty ranks 41st among teen girls, while Just Dance ranks 139th among teen boys.
