Men’s And Women’s Life Priorities

Hispanic women are more likely than Hispanic men to want better jobs (52% vs. 46%) and better work-life balance than they currently have (70% vs. 61%), according to Conill advertising agency. About six in 10 Hispanic women (63%) and men (59%) want to learn new things (63% vs. 59%), while 66% of Hispanic women and 69% of Hispanic men want to make more money.

Non-Hispanic men and women also differ on certain goals. For instance, 35% of non-Hispanic women strive to have a work-life balance, compared to 26% of non-Hispanic men. Likewise, 58% of non-Hispanic women wish to spend more time with family and friends, versus 42% of non-Hispanic men. [Emerging?Majorities]
