Most Millennials Are Against Book Censorship

Millennials (28%) are less likely than Gen Xers (43%), Baby Boomers (43%), and members of the Silent Generation (51%) to believe “books containing dangerous ideas should be banned from public school libraries, according to the Pew Research Center.

There’s also been a notable decline in this sentiment among Millennials themselves. In 2007, 46% agreed with that statement.
