Asian men are more likely than Asian women to be able to adjust their working hours or locations, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Black women are more likely than black men to be able to adjust their work schedules, but they’re equally likely to be able to choose the location.
Hispanic women have greater flexibility in both where and when they work than Hispanic men do. There are no significant differences between white men’s and women’s workplace flexibility.
