Shoppers Alter Their Digital Behaviors Depending on Store

Shoppers are just as likely to visit a website for a drugstore as they are for a grocery retailer, according to The Integer Group and M/A/R/C Research. Grocery shoppers are more likely than club or mass market shoppers to sign up for offers online.

Drugstore shoppers are more likely than dollar or mass club shoppers to purchase online. However, even among online retailers, no more than 15% of shoppers engage digitally outside of a website.
