Beatrix Potter, under licensing agency Chorion, is introducing an array of new products featuring refreshed characters, packaging, and seasonal artwork. The products debuting in 2011 include paper and party accessories by Meri Meri, plush dolls, puzzles, and games from Rainbow Designs, and bags from Shreds.
Chorion is also working with publisher Frederick Warne & Co. to develop a new preschool animated series based on Beatrix Potter characters to debut on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. in 2012. Next year is the 110th anniversary of the publication for The Tale of Peter Rabbit book. [Licensing/Brands]
