Cell Phones Become Even More Ubiquitous

Cell phone ownership in the U.S. continues to grow, with 87% of adults (up from 78% in 2008), 72% of 12-17 year olds (up from 69%), and 21% 6-11 year olds (up from 19%) having their own devices, according to Experian Simmons.
