Two in three adults (67%) say they are unable to make time for themselves at least once a day, according to Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Keurig. However, among those who are able to take breaks, there are notable gender differences. Women, for instance, drink iced coffee to reenergize, whereas men see these beverages as relaxing balms. Women carve out an ideal place to retreat, while men say they have no special location.
