Youth Express Uniqueness Through Opinions, Clothing Style

Almost seven in 10 Americans ages 15-25 (69%) think they are unique, according to InSites?Consulting. By comparison, more than 80% of their peers in?Brazil, Romania, Russia, India, and Italy consider themselves to be unique.

Teens and young adults display their uniqueness through what they say (42%) and what they wear (37%). They are less inclined to believe their political ideologies set them apart (11%). Brands that teens and young adults consider unique include Apple (75%), Sony (53%), and Nintendo (52%).
