Restaurant guests place higher importance on midscale restaurants, such as the Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday’s, having more variety on their kids’ menus than they do on quick-service chains, according to Technomic. Across the board, kids’ menu variety is a key lure for guests who rank its importance higher than whether these restaurants carry natural/organic items, recycle, or offer free-range, grass-fed products.
