Those ages 18-24 are more likely than older Americans to define the American Dream as being debt-free and least likely to define it as joining the 1% or to retire financially secure at age 65, according to Credit.com.
Nearly nine in 10 millennials (89%) believe they would likely live without debt at some point, compared to 81% of older adults who feel this way.
