Target Introduces New Brand, dealworthy, Offering Low Prices on Everyday Basics

Target Corporation yesterday introduced a new low-price owned

brand, dealworthy. Its designed to offer consumers great value on almost 400 everyday basic items. With the new brand, Target is offering more options at a lower price. Prices for dealworthy products start at $1 and most cost less than $10, all while strengthening its portfolio of owned brands. Its backed by Target’s owned brand promise: If a consumer isn’t satisfied with any Target owned brand item, they can return it within one year with the recipe for an exchange or refund. 

Rick Gomez, executive vice president and chief food essentials and beautify officer for Target, “With the introduction of our newest owned brand, dealworthy, consumers can shop hundreds of everyday basics at incredibly low prices, without sacrificing quality for the price. WE know that value is top of mind for consumers, and dealworthy, backed by our owned brand promise, will not only appeal to our current guests but position us to attract even more new shoppers to Target.” 

Dealworthy spans apparel, accessories, essentials, beauty, electronics and home items. Dealworthy items are among the lowest priced items guests will find across Target. In electronics, some items, such as phone cases are priced 50% lower than any other brands sold at the store. The first dealworthy items will arrive in February and on Target.com. New products will continue to be introduced throughout 2024 and early 2025, including power cords, undergarments, laundry detergent, dish soap, socks and many more.

These brands reflect what costumers value most when they shop at Target; quality, low prices and convenience. Targets owned brands span multiple categories: apparel & accessories, home, food & beverage and beauty & essentials. The retailer is always looking for new ways to meet the needs of its consumers and does that by investing in brands, launching new ones itself, and expanding others. This includes the recent expansion of up&up. 

Consumers can shop dealworthy in stores and online, which includes the fast and free services of drive-up and Order pickup, in as soon as two hours and there is no minimum purchase and no membership fee required. Consumers can always have items delivered directly to their door through Shipt in as soon as an hour.
